Clayton Anderson

Clayton was born and raised in Northern Illinois. Following in his father and grandfathers footsteps Clayton developed a passion for horses at a very young age. In 2005 Clayton started riding outside horses and starting young colts for folks in the Northern Illinois area.

In 2008 Clayton attended a Chris Cox Horsemanship clinic and Chris offered him a job at the Diamond Double C Ranch in Mineral Wells, Texas. Clayton currently starts colts and puts a handle on them through their two year old year, Clayton also rides the ranch horses and a few cutting horses at the Diamond Double C Ranch for Chris Cox, as well as an assistant instructor in the Horsemanship Clinics for Chris Cox. Clayton has also done several horse demonstrations at Horse Expos and Chris Cox Tour Stops around the country.

Clayton’s latest endeavor was a top 10 finish at the Mustang Makeover in Fort Worth Texas. Clayton’s passion is to continue honing his communication skills with horses on a daily basis.
